The papers have been signed and all conditions have been lifted, this means we have officially sold our house and purchased a new one! When we began this whole house hunting task we had a list of things we were looking for in a new home. Somewhere with room to grow, required little renovation, and a big enough yard to park an RV and have room for Dave to build another garage in the back someday! In my mind I thought finding a place that fit all these criteria would be impossible, especially something within our budget. But to our amazement we found something that fit all our criteria at the right price (actually less then we had planned on spending). We know that this gift is a total gift from God and we feel incredibly blessed! We gain possession of the house on May 28th and have to be out of our current home by May 30th, so we have a busy few weeks ahead of us!
