Swimming With Friends!

Today Dawson went swimming for the first time! We went to the Collicut Center, which is about 5 minutes from our house, with 2 of Dawson's girlfriends(and their mommies of course). Dawson didn't laugh or cry, he just had a blank look on his face the whole time. Even when we went down the big water slide, he really seemed indifferent to the whole experience! But because there were no tears, I think he must have enjoyed himself!

Happy Birthday Great Grandma!

Happy Birthday Great Grandma!!!

Yesterday Dawson and I got up very, very early and drove to work with daddy! We spent the day in Stettler celebrating Great Grandma Rachars birthday!

3 afternoons a week Great Grandpa Rachar has to go to the hospital for Kidney Dialysis. Yesterday afternoon happened to be one of those times, so we went for a visit. This is the second time we have been to dialysis and each time we go the nurses just swoon over Dawson. I didn't even have my coat and shoes off and Dawson had disappeared, only to be found at the nurses station! But he decided he would have none of that and started screaming until mommy came and rescued him. He spent the rest of our time there lying down with Grandpa. He was very content to take in his surroundings this way.

3 Months Old!!

Dawson is now 3 months old!

Here are some of the things he has accomplished this past month:

-Weight: 13lbs, 4oz

-Height: 24 1/2"

-Favorite Toy: Counting Caterpillar by Leap Frog, he has told her many secrets!

- He has learned to: Grasp at things with his fingers, suck his thumb (mommy is not so thrilled about that one), and laugh (not just a little giggle anymore, it's a big belly laugh)
-Favorite thing to do: He loves to be thrown up in the air, no worries we always catch him!!!

-Guaranteed to make him smile: Tell him daddy is coming home!
