I thought I would try my hand at photography. I was amazed at what you can do with a little creativity (or searching the Internet for ideas!), a digital camera, and a little help from photo shop! I'm thrilled with the results!

Happy One Month Birthday Baby Coo Poo!
This post comes a week late. I've been a little busy! It's hard to believe that baby Coo Poo (as Dawson would call him) has only been with us just over a month. It feels like he's always been a part of our family.
So here is what Cooper has been up to the last month:
Activities: Eating, Sleeping, Pooping and Crying, actually a lot of crying (compared to his brother). According to the Baby Whisperer, Cooper can be defined as a touchy baby. He is a little more sensitive to things in his environment than other babies might be. He is plagued with a lot of tummy gas, which I am now starting to think is due to a mild dairy allergy. I am very thankful that this is not my first baby. I think it would have been really overwhelming. At least this time around I feel a little bit more experienced.
Weight: approx. 11lbs
Height: 20"
Each month I will take a picture of Cooper with Eeyore, like I did with Dawson. It's a fun way to watch just how big Cooper will grow over the next year.

Grandma and Her Boys
On Friday mom, Rachael and the kids came for a visit. Mom stayed with all the kids (what a brave Grandma) and Rachael and I got to go shopping. Thanks mom! Here's a cute shot of Grandma and all her boys!

Happy Birthday Ella Bella
Last weekend we celebrated my niece Ella's 2nd birthday! All of Ella's cousins (plus a few friends) made it to the big event, which meant we had 13 kids under the age of 5 under one roof, it was a blast! Dawson disappeared to the basement playroom halfway through the party (probably to escape the crowds) this is how I found him, what a nut!

Korean Cousin
Last week Dawson met his Korean "cousin" Kimchi for the first time. Kimchi belongs to Dave's sister and brother-in law, who as many of you know have been living in South Korea for the past few years. Trevor and Rachel are now finished in Korea but have decided to do some travelling before settling in Canada again. Because backpacking and a little doggy don't mix, Kimchi made his arrival in Canada a bit earlier than his mom and dad. What a brave little guy! Dawson was quite fond of his little cousin and talked about him quite a bit the day after his visit. But I think he might still prefer some cousins of the human variety! (hint, hint=)
