Pumpkin Carving?

This year I thought it would be fun to carve a pumpkin with Dawson for Halloween. I kept putting off buying a pumpkin and of course by the time I made it to the store (the day before Halloween) they were all sold out, oops! Rather than frantically drive around the city in search of a pumpkin, I opted to make some yummy pumpkin cupcakes instead. Dawson thoroughly enjoyed helping me bake and decorate them! Next year I'll plan ahead and buy a pumpkin early!

Batman loved trick or treating. After visiting the first few houses he realized just exactly what was going on and started to get excited. I thought they would only be out for a few minutes, but they were gone a whole hour!

The Last 2 Weeks

The past few weeks I have had a camera full of pictures ready and waiting to be blogged, but alas finding time to post them has become a challenge. Finally I managed to find some spare time. Here is a little photo montague of the last few weeks.

Smiles For Daddy

2 Months Old!!!

Cooper has reached the 2 month mark!! Here's what he's been up to the past month:

Weight: 12lbs (he already weighs more than his brother did at this age, pretty good for being a month early)
Height: 21 1/2"
New Tricks: He has learned to smile!
Loves to: Lie under his toy arch and smile at all the animals
Happy Boy: He is becoming much more content. We aren't sure if it's due to me cutting dairy from my diet, regular trips to the chiropractor, or the fact that he's getting bigger.
Carrot Top: So far he has still managed to keep his red locks, we are curious to see if this will change. Never thought we'd have a red head in the family.
So what do you think, do they look like brothers?

Love At First Sight

Over the last 2 weeks Cooper has had the opportunity to meet "a few" (he has a lot) of his relatives for the first time. Looking back at these pictures I just can't get over how truly blessed my boys are to have such a strong christian heritage and a whole bunch of relatives that love them to pieces!
